Service Description

During your session you are bathed in healing sound/frequencies intended to relax the body, calm and quiet the mind, sooth emotions and promote physical healing. 432 Hz Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Rattles, Ocean Drums and other instruments can be used. If you would like to experience a full session using tuning forks, I am happy to accommodate. This session includes 45-55 mins of sound/frequency and a 10-15 min consultation. This includes a follow-up zoom call 10-14 days after initial appointment. _______________ What is Sound/Frequency healing? Frequency is the number of times an object vibrates in one second, measured in Hertz (Hz). Everything around us and inside us has a natural frequency. Sound is one of the ways that we can experience frequency as humans. Sound Healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe be open to receive. Frequency resonates in your body at a cellular level, providing benefits including cellular detoxification, clearing stuck or blocked energy, quieting of the mind, deep relaxation, relief from stress and anxiety, improved focus and mental clarity, and immune system support leaving you with a deep sense of optimism and wellbeing.
